ITUI Estate

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. Who we are (data controller)

ITUI Estate is a trading name used by an independent individual operator (a natural person, not an incorporated company) based in Poland, who acts as the data controller for the personal data described here. We operate the website itui.estate and our Housing Market Audit offer page — an information and research service for people searching for housing. We are not a real estate agency, broker or property owner. Contact for any privacy matter: support@itui.estate. This Policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and how it is used, in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the UK GDPR, and applicable U.S. state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA/CPRA), to the extent they apply to you.

2. The two ways you can use the Service

Free RequestYou submit a short questionnaire describing what you're looking for. With your consent, we forward your answers and contact details to an independent, third-party local real estate partner ("Partner") who may contact you directly. We do not control, and are not a party to, any resulting communication or transaction between you and the Partner.
Housing Market AuditA one-time paid digital research service ($40 USD plus any local taxes at checkout — there is no subscription and no recurring billing). We use the criteria you give us to prepare a report and open-market contacts, and the email address you provide to deliver them. Payment and billing data is processed by our payment processor (Stripe); we never receive or store full card numbers.

3. What personal data we collect

4. Legal basis for processing (GDPR)

5. How your data is shared

With your consent, we share your request data with an independent real-estate Partner operating in your selected region so they can contact you about matching properties; we do not vet, certify or supervise Partners, and once your details are passed on, that Partner acts as an independent controller of them. We share billing data with Stripe, Inc. for payment processing and tax calculation. We may share limited technical data with hosting/infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare) strictly to operate the Service. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for third-party advertising or profiling.

6. International transfers

Because Partners and infrastructure providers may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred internationally. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent mechanisms.

7. Data retention

Questionnaire and contact data is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to complete the referral and any follow-up, and is then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is required by law. Order, consent and delivery records are retained for as long as a refund, chargeback or tax obligation can arise (typically up to the statutory limitation period applicable to the transaction), and are then deleted.

8. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction or deletion; object to or restrict certain processing; request a copy of your data in a portable format; and withdraw consent at any time (this does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal, and we may still need to keep order records for legal reasons). California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete and opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell personal information as defined by the CCPA). To exercise any right, email support@itui.estate; we reply within one month.

9. Cookies

We use only essential and basic, privacy-respecting technologies necessary to operate the Service and understand aggregate usage (for example, remembering your language choice). We do not use cookies for cross-site advertising or behavioural profiling.

10. Children's privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors.

11. Contact & complaints

For any privacy-related question, request or complaint, email support@itui.estate. This is our only official support channel. If you are in the EEA/UK and believe we have not resolved your concern, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
